MessiahNet is one of the longest-running and most popular messianic websites on the Internet.  Since 1997, our primary goal has been to facilitate communication and unity within the Body of Messiah; to edify, educate and empower believers all over the world, and to stimulate creativity and innovative thinking with the aid of advancing Internet technologies.

With the current world climate, there is a growing need to battle against destructive forces that sow seeds of fear and discourse in peoples' lives.  With anxiety over physical safety causing people much distress, it is distracting us from the spiritual realities of life in Messiah.  Now more than ever, the Body of Messiah needs to take its eyes off the distractions of everyday life and focus on the eternal message of hope and abundant living—today—in the Messiah Yeshua (Jesus).

Our logo represents this need for the Body of Messiah to turn once and for all to the God of Israel for guidance and provision in every area of life.  The New Moon, symbolized by the crescent in our logo, is a symbol of renewal—just as Adonai renews the moon every month, so does He renew our hearts day after day, year and year, preparing us to receive Him in fullness.  He has given us a brand new way of life that we have already been inwardly changed to accept—that in the newness of life through the Messiah Yeshua, we are no longer slaves to the systems of the world, but we are servants of a sovereign God who protects and leads his redeemed people.

MessiahNet is designed to be a place for believers seeking fellowship and encouragement as they pursue and submit to God's ways of holiness and sanctification in the Messiah.  This is what we mean by, "A Safe, Healthy, Messianic Online Community."  Safe, because through our membership application process, we know who you are, and you know who we are, which makes for a safe environment conducive for growth; Healthy, because within the protected community of MessiahNet you can flourish as the new creation in Messiah that you truly are; Messianic, because here you can freely express and pursue your new-found understanding of the hebraic nature of the faith; Online, though a virtual environment is no replacement for local fellowship, for many Messianic believers, it is the best they can get; Community, because the context of community helps to facilitate your growth and maturity into who God has called you to be.

About Kevin Geoffrey

Kevin was born in Rockville, Maryland to Jewish parents, themselves children of Polish and Lithuanian Jewish immigrants.  In 1988, Kevin accepted Yeshua as Messiah. 

Kevin is the founder and president of Perfect Word Ministries, a Messianic Jewish discipleship ministry.  In addition to being the author of the popular Messianic Daily Devotional, Kevin has been in congregational leadership, a seminar and conference speaker, and is a highly sought after praise and worship leader.  Perfect Word publishes the monthly Messianic discipleship publication, The Messianic Life. Kevin resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife Esther and two sons, Isaac and Josiah.

We believe in the One (אחד) True God, יהוה, Adonai, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob; perfect and holy; Maker of all; who was and is, and is to come—that the Will of the Father is known through the Son, Yeshua the Messiah, the Word of God who became flesh, and is revealed by the Holy Spirit.

We believe that God made man in His own image for His glory, that man is separated from God by his sin, and, apart from God's loving-kindness, is incapable of turning to Him. But the only Mediator between God and man, the Master Yeshua the Messiah, being both fully human and fully God, redeemed man from sin through His death and resurrection.  Through Yeshua, man is brought near to God, and the gate to salvation (ישועה, yeshuah) is opened for all who believe in His Name.

We believe that the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit), through the proclamation of the Good News of Yeshua the Messiah, renews man's heart, causing him to reform and confess Yeshua as Lord. By the same Spirit, man is led to trust in God's mercy, whereby he is forgiven for all his sins, made right before God by faith alone, and given the free gift of eternal life.

We believe that the whole of Scripture (the Tanakh, “Old Testament,” and the Greek Texts, “New Testament,” together) is the true, Perfect Word of God—that it is complete, solely authoritative and fully trustworthy.
